Florian Marsaud, 50, is graduated from the Centre d’Etudes en Recherche sur le Développement International (linked with the CNRS) and started his banking career in Private Management then in Retail development sector. He was then nominated General Inspector for a Banque Populaire regional branch in 2001 and then Risk & Compliance Director in 2005. He successively joined Groupe BPCE in 2011 in order to coordinate controls areas such as the regulatory matters, supervisors relations (ECB, ACPR…) the risk governance subjects as well as risk & compliance management culture.
Florian is also an Associate professor at the “Université d’Auvergne” where he reads for Master 2nd year on finance markets and wealth management. He also teaches at the “Conservatoire National des Arts & Métiers” in Paris as well as at “Université Paris Dauphine” on risk management and internal control.
